REFUND POLICY
At Island On Wheels, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By placing an order, you agree to this no-refund policy. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and if there is an issue with your order—such as missing items, incorrect meals, or quality concerns—we are happy to fix the mistake or provide a replacement. You must contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order to request a correction. Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes through your card provider are not permitted, as you have agreed to these terms at checkout. Any back charge attempts will be challenged with proof of order fulfillment. Please reach out to us directly so we can resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
