By accessing and placing an order with Island On Wheels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All orders must be placed by the specified cut-off times—before 9:30 AM for lunch and before 4:00 PM for dinner. Delivery time slots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery information, including name, address, and phone number. Island On Wheels is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. A $1.50 service fee will be applied to each order, and deliveries over 10 miles will incur an additional charge of $0.60 per mile. All payments must be made through PayPal using a valid debit or credit card. By completing your purchase, you agree to our no-refund policy; however, we are happy to fix or replace any mistakes with your order. Please note, our delivery drivers will not enter any buildings—customers must meet the driver at the door to receive their order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
